normally i would thank you for faving my stuff, but this is a more serious matter and i don't want to be an attention whore.
It's not being an attention whore.
And I didn't favorite it because it's like "oh wow this is funny" or "oh wow super cool!"
You really helped educate me on other perspectives. It was shocking, but it was like a big slap in the face of "look European countries aren't perfect." No matter where you live, you always think grass is greener on the other side, and I tend to forget that everywhere has problems. The entire globe is constantly in upheaval.
It is also a good example that discrimination most often happens when people all gang up on stereotyped "bad guys" without thinking about the individuals behind that who just want a life, just like everyone.
